Part 1: Core Learning Component

Please get an adult to sign the grid on the download each week to show evidence you have completed the weekly core learning component of your homework.

Remember we are introducing a PB Awards System badge over each homework assignment. Over the last two terms you did Community Involvement and Academic Achievement.  The aim of this Creativity homework assignment is for you to think creatively and critically to identify, develop and present innovative or enterprising ideas.

This is an Art, Creative Thinking and Cultural task that requires you to develop a project in your own time to a high level.  You may decide to compose, design or produce a significant piece of work and then present this to your class.

This may be an individual or shared task, but you should manage to complete this without any parent input in four weeks.  

You need to hand in your homework book on a Friday and with an adult signature to prove you have completed each task. Please note this homework learning task should require minimal input from your Parents or Caregivers.

A group of Year 8 students visited 3 rest homes in Term 1 as part of their "Community Involvement" homework task.  They performed a selection of songs and spoke with the residents of these homes and all agreed it was a truly rewarding experience for the residents and students alike.
